If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The workers that aren’t nurses are all snotty and rude, it’s absolutely ridiculous how much they charge per month, and they treat the residents like they’re trash. The only saving grace is the nurses at this place. ONLY saving grace. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO LIVE HERE.
I’m very impressed with Hyland Hills! The community is clean and all the residents and staff are warm and welcoming. Matthew was a great ambassador and showed us the community and all it has to offer. Very impressive!

I highly recommend Hyland Hills Senior living. One of my independent living residents needed memory care for her husband and assisted living for herself. We were happy to refer them to Hyland Hills. Their location is perfect, the building is gorgeous and the staff is top notch. I couldn’t be happier for our former resident and their family.
My mom moved into Hyland Hills Senior Living a few months ago. I have toured numerous facilities (as I also have a disabled brother.) and moving my mom here has been a blessing! Not only does she have a beautiful apartment, the staff is incredible. They really take the time to get to know their residents and make sure that they are ok. She is often greeted with a hug from the CNA's. I have also witnessed the wait staff sit down and have conversations with the residents. The staff overall seems really happy, and I can sleep well at night knowing that my mom is in a safe and beautiful home. I would highly recommend them.
I’ve been a resident of Hyland Hills since September ‘23.My experience thus far has been nothing short of World Class.The facility itself is relatively new and maintained to the highest standards. Public spaces are clean and welcoming. The natural light in the building is exceptional. The design was purpose built to capture the maximum exposure to outside environment and natural light.The staff that I have interacted with has been outstanding. The care givers, restaurant & culinary associates, engineering, housekeeping, and administrative teams are all focused on providing a world class experience for those of us that reside here.The facility is extremely well maintained and service/special requests and handled quickly.The leadership team does a great job communicating pertinent information such as: wellness initiatives, maintenance updates, current happenings, activities, and projects in the pipeline to better the property and resident experience.I’m thrilled to live here and have been blown away by the level of care and attention I have received.My decision to live and recover here was the best for my needs and expectations.
I love all my residents I had while working there but they fire you because they believe the people that go to them than the actual people who do there jobs the executive directors daughter was mad that I was well liked so she told her mom to fire me and I got fired cause her daughter made up twisted lies about me that were not true my friend went into a group meeting and the executive director said Ik u all think my daughter got Rosie fired but she didn’t this was three weeks later after I had been fired. If your daughter had nothing to do with it why did you bring it up? Even when no one was even talking about it anymore Marie is the worst Executive Director ever she doesn’t take The time to hear your explanation and just cuts you down, rightAway I feel like they should have a better executive Director

What a nice place with such kind staff and residents. Mom has been there just a week and feels so welcomed. Her apartment is already becoming homing and cute! She hasn’t missed a meal, played bridge and looking forward to other activities. We found the right community. My family and I are thankful 😊
My mother in law recently moved into Hyland Hills. The entire process worked out well. Her apartment is very nice. The staff has been very good. I enjoyed 2 meals in the dining room.I think we found the right community.
January 2024 We are having some issues with Hyland Hills now after my sister fell and has small fractures in her pelvis. They are not as helpful as they were upon move in. I and the Case Manager at the Care Facility are trying to work with them to get her back into her apartment that she is still paying for. She is completely self sufficient and mobile with walker and wheelchair like many others in the community. I will update this as it progresses. Maybe this will generate some positive response. She really likes living there.June 2023 Beginning with Matt, the entire staff has been helpful and kind. My sister moved in June 2023. She is adjusting well with the help of everyone at Hyland Hills. I highly recommend this Community.
The facility is extremely well cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful getting my mom adjusted to her new home. The LifeLoop App is great making certain she attends the activities she wants to attend. The food is simply amazing - top notch. I feel really good about my decision to place her at Hyland Hills.
My dad was sick for a 36 hour period and received above and beyond excellent care from the staff. He is Independent, not yet part of their Assisted Living program. He felt well cared for and safe. After that experience he even likes the facility more. I am definitely happy I found the facility for my dad, and luckily it is only 8 minutes from my house.Thank you Marie, and all your staff for Putting the Residents FIRST!!We are not surprised that the facility has so many residents that just do not want to leave, and some of them have been there since the opening. What a fabulous community!!!! I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Matthew Schuen, Senior Living Advisor, for an introduction followed by a tour with a prospective resident. Matthew is a consummate professional, and he is sincerely passionate about serving seniors as he meets his prospective residents where they are in life through his compassion and his commitment to listening to their journey. The Hyland Hills team members are very service oriented beginning with the Concierge, the Bistro and throughout our tour. The community is beautiful, and the residents are happy and engaged in life! Hyland Hills is a wonderful option to be your next home!
This is my 1st experience with assisted living, my dad came here the 1st of the year, 2023. He has been very happy here which makes me very happy. The employees here are all top notch and are so kind to my dad, they place is extremely clean the food that is prepared for the residents is also top notch. They provide lots of activities for the residents have a beautiful sun room patio with a great view on the 5th floor along with a movie theater, weekly trips to the store. I would highly recommend Hyland Hills to anyone looking for a senior living facility.
