They are terrible with communication with staff they tell you they will communicate with you and call you back and never do . The overall process for trying to get a job there is terrible . Would not recommend

They hosted a great community event bringing kids in to trick or treat. It was nice to meet the residents and see the facility.

Ovation is a great place to work! The staff truly cares for the residents and each other. The food is top notch and it's great to see the food prepared in front of you in the exhibition kitchen.

When we paid the $4,000 deposit, we were told the check would not be cashed until our mom moved in. Well, a few days before move in, Mom changed her mind and chose another facility. We contacted Ovation immediately and asked them to return the deposit check to us. Well, they could not return the check because they already presented it to the bank. It has now been almost 3 weeks, no refund, no returned phone calls, silence. If they would just call us back to let us know when the refund will be issued I will update my review. But, until then, they are not being good neighbors.

My mother has been a resident of Ovation for about eight months now and absolutely feels this is home! Staff is caring and professional. They call the residents by name and put a hand on the shoulder of the residents when they are speaking to them as reassurance and to add human touch to their encounters with residents. The marketing people accurately describe life at Ovation and explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. In some respects, Mom has been more active at Ovation than when she was in independent living. She enjoys the food and interacting with different residents. They are doing a great job with our senior citizens!

We had to find a safe place for my father and we didn’t have much time. The entire staff at Ovation Heartwood Preserve worked together to make it happen. The care team has been taking such amazing care of him. The food is fantastic. My family is finally worry free and able to see him thrive. I recommend this place wholeheartedly! Thanks Ovation!
