We moved my Father in law to Waterford Williamsburg a week ago and he is so much happier there than the previous assisted living community he had been at since an accident two months ago! I have yet to meet any of the staff that has not been friendly, smiling and accommodating. What a difference the culture of the staff can make! He has made leaps and bounds and loves being there and the food! Thanks to Oasis Senior Advisors for recommending this place for him!
The Waterford Williamsburg Assisted Living was the last place Erika Majorins lived. Our family looked for the best place we thought she would enjoy. We were not wrong! Jura Michael acclimated all of us to her new surroundings, going up and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. During the time she was there, Jura, not only did her job but became a friend. Erika made some sweet friends while there. These girls loved on her to the point of becoming like family, as well as taking the best care of her. Sage, Berkley, Kaci and MaKayla were so great with Erika. Sage came to the Waterford on her day off to check in when we were in the end stages of life. The Waterford is a fantastic facility with a caring staff, extremely clean and well kept campus, and an excellent administrative and care team. When we had to unexpectedly place a family member into assisted living under difficult conditions, Jura Michael, the Administrative Director, was so helpful and kind. She and the entire staff made the transition process so much less stressful than we anticipated and helped ensure our loved one felt heard and secure as they settled in. Placing a member of your family into long-term care is never an easy decision, but despite any apprehensions we had, seeing them in a safe and healthy environment where they are thriving has greatly improved everyone’s quality of life. We are so grateful to Jura and everyone at the Waterford and would without hesitation recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living facility in Lincoln, Nebraska.
