Valley Lakes Assisted Living is an amazing community right in Valley, NE. They provide a high quality of care and they are very close to Omaha. It’s a very easy commute to the big city. I personally have clients that live at Valley Lakes and they have been very happy with their transition. The quality of care is superb, amazing food, and activity’s!.. they are also locally owned and operated by DIAL. I highly recommend Valley Lakes.Thanks for all that you do Valley Lakes team!!!

Valley Lakes has been amazing with our youth sports board hosting our meetings at their facility! The staff is very kind and sure do spoil us while we are there! They provide treats and drinks for us at each meeting. They are also great corporate sponsors and gift donations to our youth sports program to help keep equipment up to date and to help cover our scholarship athletes! Would highly recommend Valley Lakes as they are such great people!
The staff is very attentive and is quick to respond with answers to questions. The staff is not high turnover. They have been there several years.It’s very clean and spacious for residents to move around.If residents need extra care if they become ill the medical assistance. check in on a regular basis until they are feeling better.It’s a smaller environment which is nice for socializing and doesn’t overwhelm residents.
Valley Lakes Assisted Living has such a great atmosphere, staff, and overall feel! The staff makes you feel incredible warm and welcomed. Stacey likewise is a wealth of knowledge and experience and is a big help! Could not recommend this place more!
Valley Lakes has graciously opened their doors to allow the DC West Youth Sports Organization to host their monthly board meetings there as well as our Opening Day Fundraiser planning meetings. The staff is wonderful to work with! Help is always offered when we need it. Inside the facility is warm, inviting, clean and bright. The grounds are always kept clean and nice, too. We are extremely thankful and grateful for the collaboration and support that Valley Lakes offers to our youth groups!

Valley Lakes Assisted living is a very friendly and inviting facility with beautiful and well thought grounds and paths for residents. They offer a wide variety of amenities, and the staff was very welcoming!
I’m not sure where to start. The staff here is compassionate about their work and dedicated to providing the best possible care for their residents. It is evident that the staff genuinely cares for the well being and comfort of the residents based on the strong connections between the two. It doesn’t get more efficient, personal and professional than Kelly and Toni!

Great atmosphere, welcoming environment, and feels like a home vs. facility. The staff have been very helpful when I've visited and eager to be involved in our local community. The facilities are clean, bright, and very updated with a variety to see and experience! When I called for interest on my mom, they were supportive and consultative and followed through proactively along the way! All around great experiences as a potential customer and a community member!
Valley lakes generously opened their doors to DCWest Youth Sports Organization as a partner in community engagement and promotion of the benefits of fitness and well being across generations. We were lucky enough to get a tour of the grounds and were blown away by the amenities, rooms, activities, and sunny disposition of all the staff and literal bright atmosphere Valley Lakes offered. A genuinely welcoming environment offered in a small town community with so many great perks. I may have asked if they offer weekend getaways for tired parents?
Beautiful facility with wonderful amenities. Our group meets regularly at their Valley location and the staff is always friendly, the food is wonderful and the residents seem very happy. We are happy to have them as a neighbor in our community.

I love the little community at Valley Lakes! It is very friendly and even the residents are helpful, and it is very clean and inviting. The staff for the most part is fun and excellent to work with, and I have and will continue to recommend Valley Lakes to family and friends!
Although they call this place “Valley Lakes Assisted Living” my sister and I call it “The Healing Place”. It was truly a place where her pain and anguish were alleviated.The staff and administration were the most compassionate and empathic healthcare providers we have ever come into contact with. We will always be so grateful to them for the respect and dignity they showed her and our family. We will never forget them.
Once upon a time I worked here as agency staff. This place left an impression on me. That impression was so good I am now happy to say I am a normal employee at this wonderful establishment.
Carol and her team were very welcoming, and the place is beautiful with amazing views. My mom said, “I could really see myself living here” The residents were enjoying dinner during our tour, and they all seemed happy and well cared for (lots of laughter and smiles). Thank you for the tour, Carol!
